  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

    We are sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please email us a email with your order number, the name of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details with 24hours of receiving and we’ll do our best to resolve this for you.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    To make sure you receive your items ASAP we start processing your order as soon as we receive payment. This means that once your order has been placed and paid for you will be unable to cancel it.

  • How do I return an item?

    Items must be returned within 2 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Bodysuits and a swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Items must have all tags and be in original packaging. Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS customers must obtain proof of postage when posting item to Gillian&Co (please make sure you use a trusted courier company) We do not Accept return/exchange on any Sale items.

  • Exchange and refunds

    Unfortunately, refunds are not applicable. Exchanges however can be made. We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gillianandco.co.za and we will make a suitable arrangement for the exchange to take place. Please note that return courier will not be the responsibility of Gillian&Co. We do not accept any returns/exchanges on any Sale items.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship all over the world. Most countries are free shipping however there are some exclusions.

  • Do I have to pay custom charges on my order?

    Unfortunately, Gillian&Co is unable to advise what customs may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Gillian&Co. We would suggest
    Getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

  • Processing and shipping

    Processing and shipping take 7-14 working days. As soon as order has been shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.
